Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 mango
  • 100 g of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of goji berries (softened)
  • ½ bunch of coriander (or more, according to taste)
  • ½ chilli
  • About 300 ml of cold water
GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH APPLE, MANGO, LAMB’S LETTUCE, GOJI BERRIES, CORIANDER AND CHILLI
Preparation
  • Peel the apples and mango and roughly chop them into cubes.
  • Pour into the mixer and cover with cold water, then add the other ingredients and finely blend them at maximum power.
  • Warning! The smoothie must not warm up during this process, otherwise it will lose its beautiful initial colour and turn grey.
