Preparation
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour and then the milk. Cook the batter in a non-stick pan with butter. When cooked on both sides, tear the pancake into pieces and sprinkle with sugar. Caramelize with a little butter. Cut the apples into small pieces, leaving the skin on. Add the 50 g of sugar and cook until smooth and homogeneous.
