Granny Smith
Ingredients
2 - 3 servings
  • 100 g oatmeal (wholemeal)
  • 20 g raisins or sultanas, washed
  • 20 g dried apple slices, finely chopped
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 6 walnuts, peeled and chopped
  • 200 g Granny Smith
  • 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

PRESENTATION

  • walnuts
  • round-leaved mint
  • apples wedges
  • carrots, cut into strips
  • cinnamon.
Preparation
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples. Then marinate in lemon juice.
  • Mix the plain yogurt with milk and honey.
Preparation
  • Pour the apple muesli into bowls, garnish with a whole walnut, a round-leaved mint leaf, a slice of apple and grated carrots, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
