MARLENE® APPLE PIZZA WITH BLUE CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 persons:

4 Golden Delicious Marlene® apples, peeled and cut into slices • 50g honey • 50g Elstar Marlene® or Rubens • 50g Granny Smith Marlene® • 50g Fuji Marlene® or Royal Gala Marlene® • 50g Golden Delicious Marlene® • 240g blue cheese

Preparation

To make the apple mousse, mix the apple slices, honey and apple juice together in a pot and soften over a gentle heat for 10 minutes.

Blend in a mixer until smooth. Core each of the different types of apples without peeling them then dice roughly. Dice the cheese.
Spoon the apple mousse into round dessert bowls and sprinkle over the diced apple and cheese. 

Decorate with icing sugar and mint.
