Product safety and respect for the environment have always been important to our fruit growers, who have followed the principles of integrated production since 1989.
To combat insects we almost exclusively use predator insects that eat them, as well as other natural methods, and keep the use of chemical agents to a minimum.
Part of our production follows organic methods.
These agricultural methods are subject to strict controls by AGRIOS (workgroup for integrated fruit production in Alto Adige) and our Total Quality Control system guarantees complete traceability in every processing phase and full compliance with every hygiene and safety regulation.
