Characteristics and uses:
highly valued as a raw apple for its crunchiness and sweetness, ideal for cakes and desserts.
pink-light red to dark red in colour, lightly striped, on a yellow-green base. Round; medium-large in size. Off-white flesh.
very crunchy, firm and juicy; high sugar content (between 12 and 15 brix) that can cause slight vitrescence.
sweet and highly flavoured.
